All Atkin Automation customers place a heavy dependence upon the equipment supplied by the company in meeting daily production targets, and the availability of spare parts and the provision of service engineers is vitally important in today’s just-in-time manufacturing environment.

Atkin Automation is the only authorised OEM repairer of Atkin and BHP machines, and its service engineers have access to full drawings, parts and spares lists for all Atkin and BHP products supplied over the last twenty five years, and in some cases for those supplied as long ago as 1970.

Its service engineers carry a full set of the most commonly used spare parts so that many machine breakdowns can be overcome on the first visit. As well as being equipped with diagnostic computer systems, the engineers also carry the specialist equipment needed to analyse and rectify many drive problems.

As well as an emergency call out service, Atkin Automation also offers its customers annual service engineering and maintenance contracts.
